My Journey

I’ve worked in the industry for just under 10 years. I’ve helped people with all sorts of goals, including fat loss, muscle gain, body image, and disordered eating.

Personal development is very important to me. After completing my qualification to become a trainer, I realised what I learned wasn’t going to be enough to get the results my clients deserved; I was going to have to keep levelling up my knowledge and skills if I wanted to make a big impact on my clients' lives.

In my first 4 years, I dug deep into the books and courses and learned about nutrition and exercise. I got certified as a nutritionist and have taken multiple courses in strength and conditioning and physique coaching all across Ireland and the UK.

At that point, I realised I was still missing a vital piece that would make me stand out from other coaches. I started to learn more about the psychology of change and how I could help my clients explore and overcome their barriers.

When I started to delve deeper into the psychology of change, that’s when things got exciting, and I started to help people do things they didn’t think were possible.

In 2018, I moved to Australia and have been living here ever since. It’s an amazing country, and I’m very grateful to do what I love abroad.
